บริหาร

A native recording for this entry is on the way.

Built from

Borrowed from Pali parihāra (“taking care (of); looking after; maintaining”, literally “carrying around”), from pari (“around; about”) + hāra (“carrying; holding; bearing”); ultimately from Sanskrit परिहार (parihāra, “idem”), from परि (pari) + हार (hāra). By surface analysis, บริ (brì) + หาร (hǎan). Cognate with Old Khmer parihāra, parihār, paribhāra; Modern Khmer បរិហារ (bɑɑrihaa); Lao ບໍຣິຫານ (bǭ ri hān).
